Dust Collectors: DUSTKOP Push-Thru
                Cyclones – Belt Drive
Aget "push-thru" belt drive cyclone dust collectors are recommended for applications where high volumes of dust laden air must be moved, and high volumes of dust removed. These Dustkops are designed for airstreams up to 18,000 CFM and the belt drive design assures both superior durability and quieter operation at high end air volumes. Typical applications are grinding, buffing, and polishing in the metalworking industries, and CNC routers, saws, sanders, planers, etc. in woodworking operations. These models are ideal for dust collecting systems servicing multiple machine operations via a single duct system.

ALL BELT DRIVEN MODELS ARE SUPPLIED WITH 230/460 VOLT, 3 PHASE, 60 Hz, 1800 RPM, TEFC MOTORS. MOTORS FOR OTHER ELECTRICAL OPERATING REQUIREMENTS ARE AVAILABLE (QUOTED UPON REQUEST).

*SP (special) Models run higher fan RPM for higher Static Pressure requirements. Consult factory for specific performance data and capacities.

MODEL SUFFIX EXPLANATION:
PL:
Models with the "PL" suffix are built with a heavy duty unit frame, and are intended for mounting on an appropriate support stand to accommodate the desired dust storage or dust handling method. This would be the choice to use for example with a large dust storage hopper, or with Rotary Valves over a dumpster, or a pneumatic transfer to a trailer or silo.

D1 & D2: Models with the "D1" suffix are built with the standard heavy duty unit frame of the "PL" units above, and also include an angle iron support stand and gasketed, clamp-on drum cover assembly for direct deposit of collected dust into a standard 55 gallon drum (See photo above). The "D2" models are the same but include a "Y" fitting and two drum cover assemblies.

Dustkop Exhausters and unpowered cyclones are also sold separately and can be arranged in "pull-thru" configurations.

NOTE:
Angle iron support stands are available to service various dust disposal methods, including truck clearance stands, support stands for dust storage dumpsters and hoppers, and stands for Rotary Valve dust transfer systems. Consult factory for details.

This 15,000 CFM dust collection system at a large woodworking facility utilizes the Dustkop model 100N50-PL cyclone dust collector and our Filterkop model FH58-3-SP baghouse After Filter. It also features a rotary air valve, venturi, and Dustkop Exhauster which transfers the collected wood dust and chips directly into a trailer to be transported for disposal.
