Dustkop Push-Through Cyclone Dust Collector to 75 HP
Direct Drive Cyclone & Belt Drive Industrial Dust Collection Equipment & Systems
The basic push-through DUSTKOP is a cyclone type dust collector, which forces contaminated air through the unit at high velocity, creating a vortex or cyclone action. This vortex causes the dry particles from the air stream to drop via gravity into a drum or hopper. The clean air that rises through the center can then be circulated back into the plant, or vented outdoors. A Dustkop push-through dust collector system or stand-alone unit can be either direct drive or belt drive in larger sizes. We also offer self-contained, recirculating unit collectors up to 7.5 HP. All utilize material handling fans.

Direct Drive Cyclone Dust Collectors
Aget’s direct drive push-through high efficiency cyclones have been successfully serving industries throughout the U.S. and Canada for over 70 years. Direct drive units are available up to 10 HP and are recommended for applications where lower volumes of dust must be removed. They are not recommended for more abrasive applications. For abrasive applications, we recommend our pull-through models whenever possible.
Depending on your need, dust storage can be in an attached bin, 55 gallon drums or hoppers up to six cubic yard capacity. Protective linings for extra durability are available options for both push-through and pull-through units. Click here to contact us or download our Push-Through Cyclone Operating & Maintenance Manual for more information. Our Rotary Valves can be used to deposit dust or chips into a standard tote or dumpster.
Belt Drive Industrial Dust Collection
Aget push-through belt drive cyclone dust collectors are available from 10-75 HP and are recommended for applications where high volumes of dust-laden air must be moved, and high volumes of dust removed. These Dustkops use material handling fans designed for air streams up to 18,000 CFM and the belt drive design ensures both superior durability and quieter operation at high end air volumes.
Typical applications are grinding, buffing, and polishing in metal dust collection, and CNC routers, saws, sanders, planers, etc. in wood dust collection. These models are ideal for dust collecting systems servicing multiple machine operations via a single duct system where applicable.

ALL BELT DRIVEN MODELS ARE SUPPLIED WITH 230/460 VOLT, 3 PHASE, 60 Hz, 1800 RPM, TEFC MOTORS. MOTORS FOR OTHER ELECTRICAL OPERATING REQUIREMENTS ARE AVAILABLE (QUOTED UPON REQUEST).
*SP (special) Models run higher fan RPM for higher Static Pressure requirements. Consult factory for specific performance data and capacities.
MODEL SUFFIX EXPLANATION:
PL: Models with the "PL" suffix are built with a heavy duty unit frame, and are intended for mounting on an appropriate support stand to accommodate the desired dust storage or dust handling method. This would be the choice to use for example with a large dust storage hopper, or with Rotary Valves over a dumpster, or a pneumatic transfer to a trailer or silo.
D1 & D2: Models with the "D1" suffix are built with the standard heavy duty unit frame of the "PL" units above, and also include an angle iron support stand and gasketed, clamp-on drum cover assembly for direct deposit of collected dust into a standard 55 gallon drum (See photo above). The "D2" models are the same but include a "Y" fitting and two drum cover assemblies.
Dustkop Exhausters and unpowered cyclones are also sold separately and can be arranged in "pull-thru" configurations.
NOTE: Angle iron support stands are available to service various dust disposal methods, including truck clearance stands, support stands for dust storage dumpsters and hoppers, and stands for Rotary Valve dust transfer systems. Consult factory for details.
This 15,000 CFM dust collection system at a large woodworking facility utilizes the Dustkop model 100N50-PL cyclone dust collector and our Filterkop model FH58-3-SP baghouse After Filter. It also features a rotary air valve, venturi, and Dustkop Exhauster which transfers the collected wood dust and chips directly into a trailer to be transported for disposal.
